PROJECT AND START OF WORKS

The initiative for the project initially came from the City Hall of Balneário Camboriú. The project was developed based on sustainability principles such as: maximum use of natural light, use of equipment that reduce energy consumption, use of photovoltaic panels, capture of rainwater and use of devices that reduce water consumption.

2021

CONCLUSION OF THE MAIN WORKS

Approximately R$ 139 million were invested in the construction of the space, which can accommodate up to 25,000 people. Resources came from the federal, state and municipal governments.

2022

BIDDING - BC EVENTOS CONSORTIUM

After a new concession process, the Balneário Camboriú Events Center, now known as Expocentro Balneario Camboriu Julio Tedesco, is now managed by the BC Eventos consortium, made up of the companies Insight Gestão e Consultoria LTDA and Quality Empresarial LTDA.
